Dr. Heather Lambert, DC
Dr. Lambert is the founder and CEO of Atlantic Coast Physical Medicine. Dr. Lambert is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport Iowa and specializes in spinal correction and structural rehabilitation techniques. She is one of the pioneers in the growing field of Physical Medicine in the Charleston, SC area, and has built one of the largest integrative practices in the tri-county area.
Dr. Lambert’s vision for this integrative model was first developed in early 2000’s while attending an advanced training seminar in Denmark. While visiting the country, she has the opportunity to visit their healthcare facilities and learn about their approach to healthcare. During this time Dr. Lambert was introduced to collaborative care; a team of medical professionals, chiropractors and rehab specialists that came together for the benefit of the patient in all aspects of their healthcare. Focusing on least invasive approaches first, but having the resources and knowledge to do more as needed for the patients. It was this vision that sparked a desire to bring a comprehensive option to the states for patients in her community.
